For three nights (arriving May 5 and departing May 8, 2011), the house is $5,500. Additional days will happily be accommodated
No smoking.
No pets.
All keys must be left at the home on the kitchen counter at the end of the rental period.
No more than eight guests may sleep in the house.
The home is subject to prior rental or removal from the rental pool until a contract is signed and deposit is paid.
To secure the rental, the contract must be signed and returned along with 50 percent of the total home rental. The remaining 50 percent and a security deposit must be paid in full 30 days prior to the rental period. Payment may be made by check or money order.
A security deposit of 20 percent of the total rent will be held until the completion of the rental period. If the premises are not damaged, all of the security deposit will be returned promptly.
Rentals arranged less than 30 days prior to the rental period must be paid in full on return of the signed contract by bank draft or cashier’s check.
